I wanted something different for my fenders so I came up with
these.
Basically it's 2 pieces of plywood cut to the same shape as my trailer
profile with spars and aluminum diamond plate.
Very simple but I think they came out really nice.
Each of the screws around the profile are the spar locations.
The diamond plate came from ebay. I got 8" wide by 48" long and
.045" thick.
The inside was coated with roofing tar.
The bolts that hold the fenders on come from the inside.
Home made spacers, hole saw and stacked lexan.
The fenders have been on for over a year and only outside
for 7 camping trips but you can see the change in color.
2 of the bolt holes go into the cabin and the other 2 are under the floor.
Bolts.
Fender attached.
